Three relaxed and creative days with all materials supplied.

JUST A NOTE: This course will run over three consecutive Tuesdays. You will need to be available to attend on the following dates: Tuesday 17 November , Tuesday 24 November, Tuesday 1 December

Time: 10am - 3.45pm each Tuesday

Tutor: Karen Hendry is a professional artist and designer who loves to share her skills and enthusiasm for creating.

Price: £195, which includes 3 full day workshop sessions, supply of equipment, all materials and tuition.

Description: The theme for this Art Course is Remarkable Women. Over three separate Tuesdays you will learn to create a selection of colourful mono printed papers using a gelli plate, then go on to design, cut and collage a letter and motif based artwork, in celebration of your choice of a remarkable woman.

This course is suitable for complete beginners.

Which remarkable woman would you like to celebrate?

She might be a relative... mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother. But it might also be a woman who inspires you... your best friend, a female artist, poet, author or actress. Perhaps she works in medical research or was a figure from history: Joan of Arc, Elizabeth the 1st, Cleopatra.
