EXHIBITION: Impression of Landscape - Louise Dean
In Louise’s own words….
“I love painting landscapes. Recently, I have moved from a realistic approach to trying to find a way of representing my emotional response to the energy, colour and movement I see in nature. My work has become looser and more abstract, always trying to paint an essence of place, rather than documenting it. As a result my artworks have become more intuitive and free. So this is an exhibition of recent works. These paintings would like a response from the viewer, my hope is that everyone sees something different and in different ways. “
