About this workshop:
Join June Massey, our fused glass tutor, to create beautiful pieces of glass using an 'inclusion' technique. During this workshop you will be experimenting with different types of metals and a form of liquid glass which will be fused inside two pieces of clear glass. This workshop is an ideal way to tap into your creative skills! You will be given a 20 cm square pieces of glass to cut into shapes of your choosing. You can make the coasters or suncatchers in the photo above or you may decide to make one panel or several small hanging pieces. The possibilities are (almost) endless!
This workshop is ideal for complete beginners and those wanting to explore different ways to incorporate metals into their fused glass.
Your coasters will be fired by June in her glass kiln and available for pick up from Haddenham Arts Centre following the workshop. You will be notified when they are ready for collection.
