As part of our current joint exhibition showcasing her woven tapestries alongside the sculpural metal work of Jeni Cairns , Ditty will be onsite today spinning at her wheel. Working with a range of yarns including linen, cotton, wool, silk, fleece and guided by colour and shape, the natural materials aim to evoke the qualities of home and (not) being at home.
